MegaNexus a is a service solution company that licenses their wellbeing management software to government backed business. My initial role with MegaNexus required me to redesign the software for one of their clients, Reed Wellbeing. After a successful redesign, I am now working on the overall software for MegaNexus.
Key Results
We conducted an intesive customer research phase that incoluded a comprehensive survey, stakeholder interviews and focus groups.
One of MegaNexus goals was to increase sales of the software. After completing the redesign not only did we improve sales (by 30% withint the first 2 months) but we improved the speed that the sales team had to spend "selling" on calls.
The software recieved positive feedback from Reed Wellbeing and their customers, leading to me being brought back to redesign the whole software for MegaNexus.
